The Park

The Beginning

Pioneers since the 1980s in Innovation.

Our history started in 1980s, with the development of the second private industrial parks in the Dominican Republic. Our vision was to create a world-class facility attracting multinational corporations and stimulating economic growth. We began operations in 1985 with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, constructing their initial four (4) buildings to accommodate 1,200 employees. Today, PIISA boasts 170 acres of prime industrial space, housing 54 high quality buildings and supporting over 20,000 jobs
